He obviously intended to reference organization to fight voter fraud; but he’s no longer got the smarts to express himself effectively. A candidate in his right mind wouldn’t make such an easily misconstrued error like that.

Sounds to me more like he meant to say most inclusive voter outreach program, or something like that. "Fraud" is obviously not what he was supposed to say, that would be a colossally stupid thing to say on purpose.

I don’t know; I think he was trying, in his sadly incapacitated way, to speak of combat against voter fraud.

But, who knows? and who cares at this point?

He can’t garner anywhere near the crowds and enthusiasm that Trump can - even Obama couldn’t - he had, what, 40 or 50 people at a recent event?.

They’re dead in the water.
