I don’t think there is a good answer to the issue. The problem is widespread mail-in voting. IMO that needs to be stopped. I understand that there will always be a need for SOME mail-in ballots. For military, etc., who can’t vote in person. But widespread mail-in voting is just begging for fraud.

LDS advises their members to stock up a year’s worth of food water etc. Used to be 7 years. Ha.

We have a rocket stove — runs on a handful of twigs for a meal and coffee. Sterno stove, fireplace, fire pit, charcoal grill, solar oven. Currently shopping for new gas grill-old one fell apart after 45 years-alternate ways of cooking(we also have a coleman stove—need to get some fuel for it).

We cut 20 trees last summer to make room for a shed—plenty of wood for the fireplace, and twigs for the rocket stove. My favorite backyard cooking is the rocket stove. I also know how to stack cinder blocks to make a rocket stove, in case the one I have deteriorates.

When we heard about the WuHuFlu-the minute the first case hit, I made lists and later we stocked up on eggs, butter, milk, buns, and bread in our extra refrigerator. Our pantry is otherwise well stocked, and has been for years—we buy stuff on sale by the case and restock the same way. We can and preserve our garden produce. We didn’t go back to the store for 3 months, when we ran out of eggs and milk.

If WuHu had turned out to be major bio weapon like weaponized small pox, we would have opened on the powdered milk cans and eggs. PS for cooking, flax seed, and plain gelatin can be substituted in a lot of recipes for eggs.
