Documents acquired by Fox News appear to show Hunter Biden's signature on $85 receipt for repair of laptops left at Delaware store at center of email scandal - while other paperwork reveals FBI's contact with owner

Documents appear to show Hunter Biden's signature on a receipt for $85 at a Delaware computer shop where he dropped off laptops that included details of his international business deals.

Last week a New York Post report claimed that Hunter Biden’s laptop was abandoned at the computer shop in April 2019 for months and was found to contain e-mails that purportedly implicate Joe Biden in his son's international business dealings during his time as Vice President.

The laptop's hard drive was later obtained by the FBI and Donald Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who shared its contents with the Post.

A receipt from The Mac Shop in Wilmington, Delaware, appears to show Hunter Biden’s signature signing off for repair work on three MacBook Pro laptops for $85, according to Fox News. However, the signature has not been verified.

The paperwork also notes Biden’s name in the 'bill to' section.

Other obtained documents include FBI paper work that reveals the bureau’s interactions with the shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac, who reported the laptop’s contents to authorities.

That document shows that Isaac received a subpoena to testify before the US District Court in Delaware on December 9, 2019.

One page appears to show the serial number for a laptop and hard drive that were seized.

The FBI and Delaware’s US Attorney’s office have declined to publicly comment on the incident.

I would think he was more concerned and fearful of the fact he had evidence of international involvement. Afterall, it’s not just the Bidens who could be wanting to silence him but the Ukrainians and/or Chinese who are also implicated in illegal activity.

Has the signature been verified? I would assume that Rudy's people would have already done that.

What the hell have the 99% of the good, hard working, honest, loyal fbi agents been doing?

Disband the fbi, move the hdq of the doj to Ocala, FL.

Move all fed gummint offices out of DC.

thanks.

I read them but at the end of the day, I have no clue :)

I don’t believe, however, that the NY Post and Rudy Giuliani would put everything on the line if they weren’t sure.

Yeah 3 laptops.

I wonder if this guy is still in business.

85 bucks for 3 is just to open them up usually :)

And at 52, I’ve seen enough insanity to believe someone who had that type of information on his laptop would bring it to a repairman.

Sloppiness gets you every time.

And narcotic addiction doesn’t help one make the best decisions :)

The laptop's hard drive was later obtained by the FBI and Donald Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who shared its contents with the Post.

Only ONE party can possess the original hard drive. Others can possess copies. WHO has the original — FBI or Giuliani? Really sloppy reporting.

It was my understanding that the FBI seized the original. All others possess copies. This may not be significant if HD imaging software was used to clone the disk. In such a case the disks would be Effectively identical.

So, in addition to everything else, he’s a cheap bastard. But then, he is his father’s son.

Well, if there’s three computers, wouldn’t there be three original hard drives?

It was my understanding that there was ONLY ONE system left in MacIsaac’s possession.

Supposedly he shopped it around to six republicans who wanted nothing to do with it.

That’s even more confusing.

So someone picked up two of three computers... but left the third one there?

It takes a special kind of stupid to turn over a computer with compromising information on it to just anyone.

It would not make any sense to refer to “the” hard drive, if there were multiple hard drives in question.

If there is one hard drive and multiple archival copies of it, news stories should not confuse this.

... On the other hand, Fox & Friends just had a report on this story, and showed the FBI’s subpoena listing serial numbers for “the hard drives.”

So evidently there are several computers, and they got several drives.

Either Rudy just got one of the drives, is only reporting on one of them, or Rudy and / or the media is conflating the contents of several drives into one.

If it is a “news organization” as declared by the MSM, THEN IT IS AN ARM OF THE DIMOCRATIC PROPAGANDA machine!!!! When 99.99999999% of confessing so-called journalists are registered and vote Marxist’s, I don’t trust one damned thing that comes out of their polluted mouths!!! NOT one freaking word!!! NOT ONE!!! They are liars who are FOR THE MARXIST’S!!! They, in fact, NONE OF THEM have ever spoken an honest word about Trump. They are ALL AGAINST HIM from day one. They are all scum as far as I am concerned. In my humble opinion, they are ALL ENEMIES OF THE REPUBLIC. Not one to be trusted. Not one to be believed. Should be tried for treason and jailed for 25 years. EVERY STINKING ONE OF THEM!!!

I would love to see a “system report” showing the actual Hardware Configuration. This would clear up the confusion.

I don’t even have anything compromising and I wouldn’t turn it over :-)

I don’t buy expensive enough laptops to justify getting them fixed when it comes to that point.

The repairs are half the cost of a new one.

The shop owner made 4 images of the HD. The FBI took the equipment in Dec 19. He gave Rudy’s lawyer one of the image files some time in August.

A single system can have multiple hard drives. One of those will be the bootable system drive.

Where are the various sorts of data stored? Videos and images might be relegated to a massive secondary drive/disk, whereas system and other user data may be housed on the primary/system drive.

He had to contact the FBI if there was open involving underage people. It is a felony if he didn’t After turning it over he did eventually get it to a friend of Rudy.
