Great. Me and my Dad had flu shots recently. One more thing to worry about. Trying to keep him safe and I have to worry if I am helping or poisoning us with unsafe flu shots.

I never get flu shots. My dh got the pneumonia shot this past year and got very sick. He’s normally not a vaccer but his doctor talked him into it. He got really sick. Sure, probably coincidence.
The BEST BEST BEST thing you can do to protect your dad and yourself is Vit D and Vit K. 5,000-10,000 iu a day on the Vit K. The Vit K keeps the Vit D from leaching calcium from your bones. Also magnesium, Vit C, turmeric, fish oil, zinc.
I truly believe my combo has kept me well for years. I used to get pneumonia every June. Why June I have no idea. I have asthma, so every time I get pneumonia, it weakens my lungs. My lungs are better since I’ve upped my Vit D.
I visit my grandkids who are frankly, dirty children. The house is dirty, no one washes their hands. It’s disgusting.. but I never get sick at their house. I don’t get a cold, the flu. And this has been for the past 10 yrs?
If I do get to sneezing and can’t tell if it’s allergies or a cold coming on, I add zinc, sambuccol, Warrior Organic Immunity Blend, and some colloidal silver.
I don’t do vaccines, won’t do them.

The DH and I are seniors who faithfully get a flu shot every fall. Not doing it this year.
