USAA has been going downhill. In the 90’s I had a claim and they took care of it over the phone got the check in a few days. Had a claim in June, finally got them to respond in Aug.
Also my USAA member dad passed last year and they told my sister there was no money to be refunded. I said BS, he had a subscriber account. After several months on denials they finally coughed up $5K.
