About 1 and 1/2 min. Guessed at 2nd most used letter in english and my journey to the finish opened up.
Took a good guess at HBN and there it all was.
The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated, youll be solving them all within a few days. If youre stumped, take a break and return to it.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and how you made out.
You can certainly send your solution to my private reply, or if you need a hint for todays Cryptogram ASK THE GROUP FOR HELP!
I suggest printing these out and work them on paper. If you need a little help you can copy and paste it to Hals Helper below.
You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper, but I recommend that you do NOT look at the letter counter.

One last request. Feel free to post a fun or clever clue, the more tangential to the quotation the better, but please dont put the actual words of the quote in the clue. Solution to our last puzzle. Simply scroll your cursor over the text while left clicking your mouse, and the words should appear.

Word #4 gets you thru the gate on this one, then you look down and realize who the author is, (when the author is represented with all three names it’s usually one of two), and you’re off to the races.
Lots of two letter words...
Missed this yesterday !
#METOO
Vowels lead the way
Huh?
Hmmm. Yesterday’s was an obvious repeat also, so I didn’t run with it.
Not sure why they are recirculating these.
You’ve go a great memory.
I’ll have to start checking these out before posting.
Memory + google search. BTW, it was only back in April of this year.
Why not go with one of your stockpile of extras when there’s a dupe?
You can uncover dupes by searching for the quote, in quotation marks, followed by site: freerepublic.com
This was a good one. I lucked out by guessing on some of the two-letter words!
One way to put it.
BUT
If ‘we’ carry it with us, why search any further???
One of my favorite authors. The first word was easy, after that.... boom. Two minutes.
