I heard a good point yesterday about the absurdity of Obamacare case pending. As it stands the Court of Appeals ruled against Obamacare ... so the default standing is that Obamacare is gone. If ACB does not get seated before the case is heard by SCOTUS, then presumably the 4 conservatives vote against it, 3 libs vote for it ... and, in best case scenario for libs, John Roberts votes for his masters and it ends up a 4-4 tie - in which case the appeals court ruling stands. It’s quite a stretch to say that REPs are rushing to get ACB on the bench to rule against Obamacare when it’s already poised to fall.
Just MHO, it looks to me like the Repubs are asking or opining with reference to jurisprudence and history of decision deliberations. The Demonrats are (nearly) all agenda driven.
They make my present (and future) election decisions quite easy.
