I was referring specifically to the Obamacare currently pending before the SCOTUS that the libs are focused on ... it’s already doomed - in the libs’ best case scenario a ruling would be 4-4 (with Roberts joining libs) in which case the standing Appeals Court ruling (against Obamacare) would stand and the case would fall.
