Getting rid of those air dryers would be a big help - they’re beyond useless. Also, doors that open outward would help as nothing says “touch someone else’s stuff” like grabbing the door handle in a public restroom to open the door. Even before the plandemic, at least 50% of the people didn’t wash their hands after using the facilities.
I have a hand disinfectant in the car. Use it after gassing up, especially after using the rest room while traveling, and any other time I think I need a good disinfectant.
No match for real soap and water for getting the big dirt off, but it definitely helps.

I have a small plastic bottle that I keep in my front pocket, or jacket pocket. It's a necessary evil.
I have an interstial lung disease, I take immune suppressing drugs, and I'm older than dirt. That's basically the proverbial three strikes and your out; if I catch the covid 19 virus.

Purell used to make little towelettes that were folded up about 3 x 3 (the same size as the lens wipes). They can be stuffed into a pocket, since they are so small. They are still available, but are outrageously expensive.
The one at work is right next to the door, so you wash, dry, grab the door handle, and then toss as you walk out.
They did mandate the electric blowers at the downtown office complex over the winter, but I think they’ve since gone back to paper towels. They changed the door handles to allow you to open them with your “arm”, but that is just pretending to be sanitary.
Their excuse to switching to air blowers was that people were flushing paper towels down the toilet. Never a problem for 100 years, but suddenly, an issue. I’d say that some fascist took over the facilities maintenance department and decided that they could save 1% on paper costs by going with the unsanitary air dryers.
The only foreign objects that were probably being flushed were the so-called “flushable” wipes, which are not really flushable as they don’t break down. Some people were using them to wipe the seats pre-use in the restroom so as to have a nice sanitary seat for their business. The cure for that would be to have a medical waste basket next to the toilet in each stall, because banning paper towels won’t stop paranoid people from pre-wiping the commode seat.

I'm thinking these might direct be criminal activities and evidence that have been found in Hilliary's 33,000 missing emails.
I hope there is also evidence of child trafficing.
Many places have paper toilet protectors which are designed to be flushable and biodegradable, so there is no need to wipe the seat down. One can also just use toilet paper to make a seat cover (which my mother taught me 60 years ago when she took us to the restroom between Sunday School and Church.). There are ways to bypass the germs. And as she always said, “Wash Your Hands!”

I always use a paper towel I’ve dried my hands with to turn off the water + open the door and then shoot a 3 pointer to get in the trash or hold the door open with my foot while throwing it away ... I’ve done this forever. And always use the TP seat cover if they’re not available either ... long before COVID-19, just seemed like common sense as you say, no? WWG1WGA :)
Oh yeah studies show that those hand blowers blow away the feces from insufficiently cleansed hands and aerosolizes it so everybody gets to breath it.
