I don't think anyone on this thread believes that lying poll. The question is why did Rasmussen publish it? He's been accurate so far, and was one of the good pollsters in 2016. I'd like to know what's going on with Scott Rasmussen and if he's gonna keep spewing this BS all the way up to the election.
