A high school principal in Florida who was fired after he told a student’s mother “not everyone believes the Holocaust happened” may be rehired, according to a report.
Schools Superintendent Donald Fennoy recommended to the Palm Beach County school board that William Latson, former principal of Spanish River High School in Boca Raton, receive a new school district position and $152,000 in back pay.

The irony is that Palm Beach County has a very large Jewish population, and they all vote Democrat. But it is easier to make ridiculous utterly false claims of "racism" and "antisemitism" against President Trump because "orange man bad".

In MO principals and superintendents are hired on contracts that can simply not be renewed if the school board so chooses. Don’t know their status in FL

His statement was true; there are those who believe the holocaust did not happen. I believe it happened. However, there is nothing this gentleman said that indicated he is a holocaust denier. There may be more to this story.
As long as he doesn’t call them “Polish Death Camps”, like Obama did.
He was disingenuous. Nobody in the school district would have done anything about him saying “whether” the Holocaust occurred if he said it had. Later, he lied that he could not say it had.
This is simple to resolve. The board should just ask him now, yes or no, and act accordingly.
However, this man is wrong.
Yes, it is, as far as I can see. The real problems is with the school district for having such a ridiculous policy.

Sorry, he simply stated there is some question about it. Even if he himself denied it I’m really not sure this constitutes firing, although he WAS fired. It’s just that he might be allowed in another capacity.
