Chatter on Twitter that it looks like AF One and there is sound of engines.

There is definitely a steady hum in the background. It could be HVAC, but the swaying of the video makes me think otherwise.

I can’t hear the hum, but I’m in a hotel room and not wanting to crank up the volume too high.
Interesting though - the hum, and some slight movement indicates airborne or possible sea-borne. Or just a noisy HVAC and amateur video operator.

It definitely seems to be moving. Flashing thought: could he be on a submarine? Red October ... Sea vessels certainly have a steady hum.

I read on thedonald.win that WalterReed was put on lockdown earlier today.

IF...such really happened, and
IF...as you say, the President is on AF1...

then that might be when he left Walter Reed.
