That’s what I want to know— from the time Lee looks over toward Dolloff, pulls up his gaiter, starts to walk with his arm raised with the mace pointing then the next thing we see is Dolloff with hands on Lee’s vest and Lee’s mace can hand is down. What the f—k happened?

Alexus Forbis .... He was punched by the victim before he pulled his gun. There are pictures. He may be able to claim self-defense, but it's a weak case. Disparity of force because the victim was much stronger when he hit him.

An explanation is that the victim got annoyed by the filming and went after the cell phone, and the shooter stood in between to prevent him from getting to the phone. The victim was filmed before going after cell phones.
