Yes, it’s in Kingsport Tennessee. Yesterday we drove around Abingdon in Virginia and saw some gorgeous Golf Course houses. Much cheaper than houses here. But we just couldn’t deal with having of Democratic governor and being in a potentially Blue State.
This one is in a cute little neighborhood, just one street but all the houses are beautiful. This one is easily The Ugly Duckling of the block. But I like it. Hubby will be spending all this time in the three garages. And Aldis is 11 minutes away. What more could a girl want?

Well, it’s only got an acre but it’s partially forested which I like. Except they were leaves all over today. Where we are now we don’t have to deal with the leaves, so next fall will be interesting. It does have some long range Mountain View’s, but typically everything around here does.
