Round One
Trump gives a blow to the mid-section and a right to the Jaw
Biden counters with a flurry of jabs and Wallace trips Trump from behind
Trump brushes himself off, counters with a One-Two and...
DING DING DING...End of round one
No, you shut up.
Wallace is lying scum.lol pic.twitter.com/1ssQPudUCA— William Craddick (@williamcraddick) September 30, 2020
Nite, lj. Rest well.
The important parts of the speech had little to do with who acted what way. The important parts were where the Maestro dropped enough crumbs for fact checkers to make a loaf.
I wonder if Scully will lend more dignity to the occasion?
Wallace injected himself into almost everything Trump wanted to say, and talked over the POTUS.
Biden didn’t want to be there, or to speak at all, so he was delighted to be interrupted by Wallace.
The odds for tuning out from the future debates went up. I didn’t like this debate model at all.
Not as good a night as I was hoping for. Didn’t care for Wallace at all.
speech = debate. Scuze me.
Its taking all I can do not to respond to some with their hair on fire beyond the trees.
After all 45 has been through in the last four years and still they have no faith in Him.
What I would like to do is punch the nattering nabobs in the nads and say well go ahead and vote for Biden bunch of dumb sunsob*tches and see where that gets you.
Naysayers need to sit down and stop quarterbacking Trump.
TRUMP IS THE QUARTERBACK!
And He is winning the game for all of us.
I don’t get to shoot ?
Relax Francis....we can think the guy did not do well and still support him. Stopping all criticism means they never learn.
Blind loyalty is a dangerous thing.
You said it better than I did....I’m taking flak for my position.
President Trump should smile more, psychologically people respond positively to a smile. He has a lot to smile about, he’s been saving the country from the vile dems for going on four years and is on the verge of having Amy Coney Barrett approved for the Supreme Court among other great things.
Just arrived out of Festival.
I don’t know about Scully, but it will be more fair then tonight was.
Ain’t seen anything until Kristen steps up to the plate (see below). She’s worse than Abilio James Acosta.
Oct. 22
The third presidential debate will be held at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. Kristen Welker, co-anchor of Weekend Today and NBC News White House correspondent, will moderate.

We knew what to expect from creepy, corrupt Chris.
That’s a good point. Trump knows Biden is rude and would have interrupted him to no end if had allowed him to do so (remember Paul Ryan?), so he flipped the script on him and got in his face early. I don’t know how much Biden was flustered by it, but if forced Biden to play the “Geez, will this guy stop interrupting me?” routine, and forced Biden to try to pretend to be “the calm one”.
He still interrupted Trump, but not as much as I think he had originally planned. His handlers got him all juiced up on meds, and he was ready to try to bully POTUS. When they came to the podium Biden was flippant and disrespectful. He made a rude comment like “How you doing man?” or something like that. Trump had a stern look on his face and responded stoically. So I think you’re right that Trump decided to shut the disrespect down by putting Biden on the defensive. That tactic might have prevented Trump from being a little more eloquent in some of his answers, but it was probably better than the alternative.
Listened to CSPAN call ins. The undecideds are still undecided, and expressed disappointment at the slug fest. Biden did better than anticipated-from POTUS supporters. Biden supporters were glad that Biden told POTUS to shut up.
One POTUS VOTER from 2016 is now undecided-didn’t like POTUS debate, but doesn’t really like Biden either - will watch additional debates before deciding for sure.
