People holding signs saying they represented 20, 30 50 people who couldn’t make it.
Think park services said there was over a million people there.

My guesstimate was that the 2009 crowd was a bit larger than today’s crowd, but I think today’s crowd was close. If we had an honest count and they said 1 million today, I would believe it. Maybe more. I would believe any number from 1 million to 1.5 - maybe even 2 million - for the 2009 march.
