The car was in motion while this moron was leaning out the window, and her foot was obviously not on the brake pedal. Even if she didn’t hit the vehicle in front of her, drivers are required by law to maintain control of their vehicles at all times.
She deserved a ticket, and I hope she got one.

After watching the clip, I’m kinda wondering why the air-bag didn’t deploy. Sure looked like a good-enough bump to set it off.
The cops were probably patrolling because of the rally. Good thing they were there to witness it. Who could miss that fool hanging out the window and driving at the same time. I couldn’t believe how fast she was going for not having her eyes on the road or hands on the wheel. She was so full of rage she didn’t realize her foot was off the brake and on the gas.
