After watching the clip, I’m kinda wondering why the air-bag didn’t deploy. Sure looked like a good-enough bump to set it off.
It still doesn’t look like she hit the car in front of her. Just that she slammed on the brake when she realized the car in front of her wasn’t moving anymore. I don’t see any damage to the rear bumper of the SUV in front or her front bumper.
