Pretty sure it would take a constitutional amendment, pretty sure they know it, so this is fluff-fluff for their voters.

JMHO it's also a fair indication of exactly how desperate and unstable the entire body of this insurrection has become.

Only question now is when their "Wars" become cases of kill or be killed.
