LOL! I forgot about that catch-phrase of his. You’re right. That bet would be a lock.If it's a 90 minute debate, 20 times would only be about once every 4 minutes or so. And the more flustered ol' Joe gets, the more often he says it. So, I'm guessing 25-30 times, easy!!
