Something conservatives need to keep in mind is that Judge Thomas is getting up there.. and will likely get replaced by the next president.
Settling for a moderate thinking.. well... we got someone more conservative than RBG so.. it’s ok.. is SHORT SIGHTED. Because if the libs then replace Thomas with a hack like HGB was then the net effect will be a move to the left.
We have to go ALL IN! with the MOST CONSERVATIVE and YOUNGEST judge possible.
Breyer is 82 years old. Thomas is a decade younger but has been rumored as a near-term retirement because he doesn’t want to die in office.
I try to listen to or read every appearance by Justice Thomas. He is a brilliant jurist.
The court insiders rumor mill is that Justice Thomas would like to retire. There are also rumblings that Alito would like to retire. If Trump wins a second term I think we could see both of them announce retirement.

It is quite possible that one President might have appointed 6 of the 9 justices of SCOTUS. That is quite remarkable when you think about it and where we all were only 4 years ago!
