World-famous podcast host Joe Rogan moved his massively popular and free talk show exclusively to the Spotify platform, and some of its staff members have been triggered ever since.
In a Spotify all-hands company meeting on Wednesday, Spotify CEO Daniel Ek defended keeping transphobic content from hugely popular podcaster Joe Rogan on the audio platform, Vice Motherboard summarized September 16. "In the case of Joe Rogan, a total of 10 meetings have been held with various groups and individuals to hear their respective concerns," Ek said, according to three sources quoted by Vice Motherboard. "And some of them want Rogan removed because of things he's said in the past."
Spotify has already removed JRE episodes with some right-wing figures, including Alex Jones and Gavin McInnes, Vice Motherboard reported. But even so, some employees at the company cant tolerate Rogans presence whatsoever. Some staff inside the company feel alienated by Spotify's hosting of certain The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE) episodes, according to copies of some of the questions presented to the meeting obtained by Motherboard, Vice Motherboard observed.
Vice Motherboard suggested that one particular episode drew Spotify employees ire:

Oh no!!! Transphobia!!! Violation of speech code!!! Bad whitey white white man!!!
Rogan better realize these “triggered” folks are his fellow political travelers, he’s a Bernie Bro.
They feel alienated??? See a pshrink. Take a pill. Hell, have a few drinks and walk a tightrope. But grow the f@%# our.
What will Joe do without spotify????
Live off his 100 million $$$$$
Start up a new platform
......As Joe Rogan laughs all the way to the bank.
Queue “Babs” and her chart-topper, “Feelings”!
Why can’t someone write a chart-topper “Logic”?!
But it HAS become a fad, and an insult to true trans people, such as those who are intersexed, or have Turners syndrome (X), or Androgen Insensitivity Sydrome (XY female), or XX males, or Kleinfelders Syndrome (XXY), and so on.
People like Rogan and J. K. Rowling are correct to stand against this trend.
Joe Rogan has by the most massive pod cast world wide. He was loved by the left and respected by the right. That was of course until he announced he wasnt voting for someone with dementia, and even though the orange man may be bad, he isnt that bad. He became public enemy #1 overnight
Joe Rogan has the biggest podcast on the planet the Spotify bigwigs wont do a damn thing to him
Are these delicate flower ‘forced’ to listen to Joe? I doubt it.
Change the channel and get over yourself.
The thought Nazi’s don’t want to hear anything that differs from their own narrow beliefs. These people need to be confronted face to face so they can’t hide behind their board meetings. It’s past time for people to rebel against these assholes. I’m sick of their constant whining.
Who did they think they were hiring?
Has Spotify already broken faith and contract by censoring him, and deep sixing certain episodes?
Spotify management decided Joe Rohan’s opinion was worth one hundred million dollars. You don’t draft a check for one hundred million dollars on a whim, and you don’t come across available talent worth that figure very often.
Spotify management also has a few staffers who like to use the word “problematic” in an unironic way. None of them, not even cumulatively, are worth one hundred million dollars to the company’s bottom line. Not even close. Now you can’t run a large company without any staff, but it is infinitely easier to find some new staffers who can pretend to act like adults during work hours in an economy running on 9% unemployment than it is to find another hundred million dollar talent.
Joe Rogan is not affiliated with any political party, but has been described as mostly having libertarian views. He has described himself as being "pretty liberal" and supports gay marriage, gay rights, women's rights, recreational drug use, universal healthcare, and universal basic income, while also supporting the Second Amendment. He has also criticized American foreign policy of military adventurism.
Rogan endorsed Ron Paul in the 2012 U.S. presidential campaign and Gary Johnson in the 2016 U.S. presidential campaign.
Could it be you are thinking of Seth Rogen instead of Joe Rogan.? 8>)
He did support Bernie in the primaries, and would have voted for him if he were the Rat nominee.
In the not too distant past the liberals might have been the first to point to the increase in trans identification as a side-effect of evil greedy corporations polluting the environment.
