BLM or Dems cannor riot over Trump appointing a replacement for Ruth Bader Ginsburg and a vote following because despite what Biden said, Obamas nominee was not brought to a vote because no president had his nominee approved with an opposition party in the senate since the 1800s and Republicans controlled the Senate in 2016. That is not currently the case as the President and majority senate are now of the same party.
