BLM or Dems cannor riot over Trump appointing a replacement for Ruth Bader Ginsburg and a vote following because despite what Biden said, Obama’s nominee was not brought to a vote because no president had his nominee approved with an opposition party in the senate since the 1800’s and Republicans controlled the Senate in 2016. That is not currently the case as the President and majority senate are now of the same party.
The current unsung Justice who is a faithful hero to the US Constitution and not celebrated like Ruthie is Clarence Thomas. In the face of adversity and scorn Justice Thomas has remained consistently faithful to it and is a quiet hero with a worthy legacy of a great one - not Ruthie the usurper.
