All Representatives are up for re-election and since they are on the same ballot as Trump how could they be elected? Wouldn’t that leave us with no HOR until ballots are counted and reported?

Cruz should never be on SCOTUS. He ran for president knowing he was not a NBC. If any case comes up about natural born citizenship and the presidency, he will vote the wrong way to cover what he did.

This was taken apart a while ago and of course I cannot remember the details but basically if the Pres election results are not all in/not decided then ALL election results are similarly undecided and so Piglousy is thus not the speaker. So that is basically what you are thinking. I think there are other factors too.
