Do they get a first round draft pick with him? Of course, it goes without saying, if Colin is the QB they will get a top a top pick...but I meant another one for tanking the season.

Did he identify which player should lose his spot because of it?

This POS played a huge role in the destruction of the NFL

If they do that, they’ll be discriminating against a more talented young kid out there, who will lose out on a career in the NFL, just so they can give in to a POS ingrate.

bogus headline ... clickbait ...

“Those are decisions that each individual owner has to make, and their club, their coaches, their General Manager. And I’ve talked to a lot of our clubs about it. And so I’d encourage them, and I’d love to see him play again.”

“I’ve encouraged teams to evaluate that and sign him if they feel that’s the case,” he said.

“I’m happy if Kaep gets an opportunity but that’s, you know . . . Teams don’t usually ask me for advice on football hires.”

“That conversation has happened many times and I’ve encouraged them to do that. . . . We had a tryout where 26 clubs came to watch him try out last year and so that was the kind of effort to sort of say, ‘Listen, if you want to continue your career, here’s the opportunity.’

[yeah, that’s the tryout that colon refused to go to ... so i’m sure that endeared colon to those 26 clubs]

Kapoernik has no interest in playing. It would destroy his SJ gravy train.

IIRC, he was offered a chance to compete for the QB job, but refused.

So the NFL is no longer in the business of playing football. Ok. Can’t wait for the next move. Let’s hope it’s leaving America.

Kaepernick’s antics over the last several year are, in my estimation, the main reason for the NFL’s decline.

For Roger Goodell to encourage this is idiotic and will do nothing but hurt the NFL even more.

The NFL needs to die a quick death.

Ever since Rozelle left it’s been in a free-fall.

what an Ah*le!

1. it is up to the teams, not him, who the teams hire
2. he is destroying the entire league by promoting, backing this anti-American racist priick
3. hundreds of millions of dollars of investment are already being lost
4. fortunately, there are still some colleges which are not promoting this anti=American racist kind of krap! and college sports can be very entertaining, we don’t need the NoFu..ingFun league.
5. If I were a team owner, I would sue Goodall or at least seek his removal immediately! too much at stake to insult, insult, insult the patrons, fans who pay for everything!

Why doesn't Goodell step down and name Kaepernick as his replacement?

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has explicitly told teams to go out and sign Colin Kaepernick.

Goodell works for the team owners, not vice versa. He can explicitly tell them whatever he pleases as long as he doesn't get enough of them annoyed enough to fire him. Doesn't mean any owner will do his bidding.

When you drive all the fans away, the advertisers leave. Unless the advertising contracts are of equal, or longer length than the player’s contracts, it’s not hard to see where this is going. Social justice, my foot!
