Not very smart. He didnt just steal a gun. He stole an NFA item, two actually. An M4 is considered an automatic weapon (machine gun) and it had a suppressor. Both are NFA controlled items. Federal offense with mandatory 10 year sentence. Good riddance to this POS.

Absolutely the last firearm I would ever want in my possession. One that has cop fingerprints all over it and is fully traceable.
