First off he doesn’t have - and never really did have - a 10-point lead.
Last week New York magazine attempted to explain how Biden’s 10-point lead, which by their admission was only a touch over seven points had not been impacted by the conventions. They then cited the “polling averages” of Real Clear Politics and Nate Silver’s operations as proof that the just under seven-point lead Biden had post conventions did not represent a Trump bump.
Despite the fact that six recent national polls show the president closing the gap to within two to five points, that his average in recent polls show him garnering record African American and Latino voters, and that nearly all polls where Biden leads are amongst registered voters, the left continues to pretend that Biden is pulling away.
The only problem is everyone on team Biden knows he’s not.
Most national polls present data badly misaligned with likely voters. They poll register voters and manipulate the weighting of the polls to reflect nothing of what final turnout will resemble.
If you know that every election cycle going back three decades is 33 percent Democrats, 33 percent Republicans and 34 percent Independents on average, then you also know you’re spiking results with polls that weight 38 percent Democrats and 19 percent Republicans.
You also have a clear understanding of what it means if the favored candidate in such polling dips under 10 percent. You’re losing. Bigly.

After Hillary’s debacle, how would you run? I would run like I was 25 points down halfway through the third quarter. And I did not have Tom Brady as my QB.
This is why we are entering peak silly season.
There are 4% of the voters who are undecided. If the rancor at the current level hasn’t “gotten to them yet,” the dial is going to be turned to “12.”
This crap is just starting.
Biden campaign reminds me of Bob Doyle’s in 1996. The GOP ran someone no one was excited about, on a campaign of “anybody but Clinton,” and got destroyed on election day.
It’s very similar. No one is excited about Biden, the campaign is “I’m not Trump,” and well see what happens in a couple months.

In general, the polls are as reliable as the media as a whole. They are paid for by the media and they reflect the same media slant.
I don’t put much stock in them in general - especially in the era of Trump.
With that said, there are some interesting numbers being put out regarding minority voters and it shows how/why the left is panicking so much about them. They are playing defense there for sure.
The poll numbers of the lock-downs/shut-downs (especially schools) and masks mandates favor Trump as do the poll numbers on law and order.
Once again, we see the democrats doing a 180 on those issues as well although the damage may be done.
The poll numbers on the economy favor Trump also.
Yet, despite all of these things, which are identified as the major issues of the campaign, they continue to tell us that Trump is behind.
Remember, these same people told us Hillary had a 98% chance of winning the 2016 election the morning of the election. 98%.
Regarding the 4%, the “chaos and misery” plan for the democrats is not playing well.
Trump has been steady and optimistic. Biden has been in the basement and is generally negative.
Trump is a known quantity even for those who don’t like him or his style. Biden is confusing as he now runs against his own record.
Another interesting question..... where is Obama? If Obama thought Joe was going to win wouldn’t he be out on the trail non-stop pushing for Biden? He could then take credit for saving Joe since he is really the reason there is a Joe in the first place.
Biden is a throwaway candidate just like Dole.
BUTT, Dole didn’t have the massive cheating apparatus ready to go like Biden has.
And Kamala won’t be agreeing with everything that Pence says, like Kemp did with Gore.
After this weekend we will get a taste of what is to come.
On the covid side they will start suggesting the vaccine is not safe.
On the foreign policy front, China will work to disrupt things in the far east. Kim (boy or girl) will cause angst on the Korean peninsula.
Iran will trigger something. The Taliban will be emboldened.
And the stock market will take another dive. Just because.
Worst case, look for Flynn to be sentenced. Look for the Trump kids to be indicted. Look for more bimbo eruptions.
And look for the limited riots to move outward into smaller cities. Every cop shooting will be condemned.
And the media will not take its foot off the Biden gas.
POTUS is going to have to remain steadfast. He will have to be strategic with his public posts. He is going to have to keep going out to the people.
And everyone’s temp is going to rise due to the madness coming from the left.
Bob Dole would’ve won if he got most of Perot’s votes.
I don’t doubt that they are going to go all out, but there is a schism forming right now in the DNC. Don’t forget that there are dozens of democrat congress critters who are in purple districts. The “national platform” of the DNC is NOT playing well in those districts.
I am not in one of those districts (my republicrat is relatively safe even in a blue state) so I don’t know how much of a push the GOP is making in those districts as I don’t see it and we don’t hear much about it.
There is also another factor baked into the cake. They have thrown everything against Trump. Everything. Yet, he is still standing. The credibility of those who attack him is shredded for those who don’t live in the leftist bubble.
The MSM does not talk about the possible repudiation of the left. Could it happen? It is certainly possible. To this point in the election the democrats have miscalculated the electorate and that is obvious as they continue to reverse themselves on issues because the internal polling is bad for them.

They are just starting to make shit up. And people believe it.
Those who live in their bubble believe it. Those who don’t will not believe it.
That is our new America. Reality is defined by our own bubbles.
I think they’re going to make up something purportedly connecting him to Epstein. When it hits the news there will be a full-court press by CNN, etc, 24/7. There’s a reason that Ghislaine is still alive and well. It will be a carefully crafted lie but might take a few weeks to knock down. The impression will still be there in the minds of voters however.
These people are maniacal and anything goes in their efforts to destroy the president. There’s a demonic element to their hatred of Trump. Prayer is still an effective weapon. Pray hard during these next two months.
The democrat carcass is reeking time to put the dirt on it.

Biden is AHEAD by TEN points!? I must have missed voting because here they are counting votes and Biden is ahead by ten points.
I’ve heard of “early voting”, but I thought that they didn’t COUNT them until after election day.
I guess we’ll have to do like Trump said and vote TWICE! to TRY and catch up.
