If a DEW I would suggest a satillite, but? Easier to send a Muslim or Chinese Terrorist to set a fire. Less likely to be detected.
I went and looked and found exactly what he was talking about. If it starts in Oregon it is somewhere just to the south of US 20 and just to the west of Bell-A-Ranch on US 205. I can only find circular irrigation piping in that area but there are a lot of dirt roads that seem to lead to nowhere. Couple of standalone white buildings with no way to tell what they are near Beshell grade.
If it was transmitted from Oregon then it was multiple transmitters - which would make sense for the distance and frequency in order to get a focal point many miles away. It really popped though still faint on the particle IR like he was talking about.
