Interesting and informative. I gather EMP's can cover a wide range of frequencies. And you are right: microwave ovens have some degree of leakage. I always tell people to start the device and move away.

I guess you mean line the rim when you say 'line the lid'. Home Depot sells metallic tape. My post mentions that these trash cans are not the best sealed units for a faraday cage. If metallic tape does not seal it you could try putting a roll of foil under the rim of the lid when fastening it then use metallic tape.

bigbob seems to feel that the lining or seal may not be critical. You can address your concerns to him/her, I suppose. I do not have first hand experience with the metal trash cans; as I said earlier, I use a surplus military case.

For this huge number of tiny children being so egregiously tormented, there has to be a huge underground pool of similar sick and evil vermin, and a source of poor victims. This alone proves it. And how did twitter facilicitate this? Twitter has been found at various times to host or allow to be circulated child pornography.
