Like many Youtube videos, it is edited much too tightly to be useful. They should have included at least part of the preceding sentence and at least part of the following sentence.
For instance, Biden could have been saying: “Nobody will be able to say that you won’t be safe in Joe Biden’s America.” That would have been entirely cogent.
He needs to be caged.
Because in any population, 37% will, themselves, be idiots.
Even when he finally forms a coherent sentence what is he saying?

I think there are millions of Dem voters out there who haven’t paid the least attention to politics since The One has gone. They never watch or read anything political, so all they know is “Biden? Oh yeah, he was O’s Veep, he’s a Dem” and that’s all it takes for them to vote for him. Whatever “news” they get is headlines from the lamestreams which is nothing but worship for Dems and hatred of Trump. That’s the only possible way Biden has any “support” whatsoever. No one who has seen him or heard him in the past 6 months could possibly be confident that he could assume the office.
