Unless your state FORCES mail-in-balloting on you, vote in person, BUT!
If they do, send it Registered Mail.
That way you can track it and see who signed for it when it gets there.
Of course it's still no guarantee it will get there let alone be counted when it does, but it's much more less likely to be "LOST" in the mail and you'll know where it went missing.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, it costs a few bucks but let me ask you this, is your vote worth it???
Doesn’t answer you question specifically but may give some info.
Phoenix, voting in person.
Make sure that your area accepts “registered mail”. Not every place will accept it, and then it comes back.
Nancy will be saddened
That’s what I want to ask Abbott? We will not be using the Mail-in Ballot Request form. We vote early. They better not cancel that!
Thanks. For the last many years that is the way I’ve voted. Two different
states but in person voting at selected sites. Some churches would have
a voting Sunday after morning service. They’d have a dinner then all
load up and go vote.
In our primary we had the option of voting in person, but the county of about 15,000 residents had to go to one location that had only one voting machine. So, in person voting was possible but not likely due to the single location and not precints as usual. The Governor and election boards set it up that way to force mail in voting.
