This is really Jed York’s fault. He’s the one who screwed over Kaepernick and made him bitter and completely changed.

No Kaepernicks talent was his downfall, he snuck through his first year, his first two years he was okay but when the NFL learned how he worked his career was done, NFL linebackers destroy running QBs. Jed York I will add is an idiot.

You’re so wrong

Lap was offered a very nice contract for a guy with jiggly feet who can’t throw, won’t take directions, and craps all over everyone

Not saying you’re wrong, but I thought it was his girlfriend that got him into Marxism?

I stand behind no man in my contempt for Jed York and the York family - they took thousands from me in season ticket money at both Candlestick and Levis just to force out the best head coach the 49ers have had since Bill Walsh. But what did York ever do to Kaepernick?

"This is really Jed York’s fault. He’s the one who screwed over Kaepernick and made him bitter and completely changed."

Sarcasm, correct?

Kaepernick's fragile ego acted up when the league picked apart his skillset and the 49ers benched him. The kneeling started right after his very public humiliation and failure.

Kaepernick chose to kneel and distract the team when he should have been busting his butt figuring out what defenses were throwing at him.

Now he's the black Jesus making more money than God. Kaepernick Is a dull witted quitter and would never risk his reputation and salary by playing again.

I think his anti-semite, anti-American Egyptian ingrate DJ girlfriend changed his ways. That p---y was that good? Or was it the only kind his Gonzo from the Muppet Show looking face could get?

Here is Kaepernick's record his last four years:

2013 12-4-0
2014 8-8-0
2015 2-6-0
2016 1-10-0

Jim Harbaugh recognized Kaepernick's strengths and weaknesses. He had good speed and an adequate arm. He was a good runner as a QB. He didn't study game film and couldn't find his second or third receivers. Harbaugh tailored the offense to him.

Harbaugh left, and after the league had a year of film, Kaepernick didn't perform as well. He went vegan and lost a lot of weight, like the weight you need to break tackles when you're a running quarterback.

It's not a shock when a quarterback making starting QB money is cut after going 3-16 in his last 19 starts.

So, why, oh why didn't anyone else pick him up? Who wouldn't want a former starting QB who wants starter money to be a backup, can't perform unless the offense is tailored to him, and is guaranteed to be a major distraction?

Kaepernick didn't ever want to go back to the NFL. He makes more money getting paid by Nike to be a celebrity, and doesn't have to get hit.

Nobody screwed him over. He was lucky for a time, blessed with a coach who designed a system around his strengths and weaknesses. He's the ultimate system QB.
