A former Army Green Beret living in northern Virginia was arrested on Friday, charged with divulging military secrets about his unit's activities in former Soviet republics during more than a decade of contacts with Russian intelligence.
Peter Rafael Dzibinski Debbins, 45, told Russian intelligence he considered himself a "son of Russia," according to an indictment made public after his arrest.
"Debbins thought that the United States was too dominant in the world and needed to be cut down to size," prosecutors alleged.
The indictment also states that Debbins was motivated in part because of bitterness over his Army career and a desire to establish business contacts in Russia.
The espionage took place from 1996 to 2011, prosecutors say.
The case against Debbins is the second Justice Department prosecution announced this week accusing a government or military official of transmitting U.S. secrets to a foreign country. The other case, in Hawaii, charged a former CIA officer with spying for China.

You’re welcome. Yes, I remember reading John Barron’s “KGB: The Secret Works Of Soviet Secret Agents” several decades ago. And “Mig Pilot” about Lt. Belenko defecting by flying his Mig-25 to Japan.
Some needed or wanted the money, others because they saw Soviet Russia as the ideal government and society and wanted to bring communism and Soviet control to America. I highly recommend reading Paul Kengor’s newest book “The Devil and Karl Marx: Communism’s Long March of Death, Deception, and Infiltration” for a good history of communism and its spread through America via communists (aka progressives) in the 20s, 30s and 40s and via academia and the teaching profession beginning in the 40s through today.
I just finished reading it and recommend it as a primer to understand exactly who controls today’s “Democratic Party.” It’s the leftists/communists that the old Democratic Party of the 30’s, 40’s, & 50’s fought against.

Why doesn’t Putin and his wife (or girlfriend) just come to the USA to have a kid. That child would have all the rights kamala harris Or Obama to run for President or Vice President on the Democrats ticket. It’s the exact same. If we throw natural born away, what’s keeping Putin or Xi from pumping out children in the USA to be future politicians.
“Operation Solo” is also very good. It’s about a mole the FBI managed to put in the Kremlin.
