I spent most of my watching looking for signs of "punching in" or seamlessly inserting cleaned up versions of mistakes. It's done all the time in music. Telltale signs of "punching in" in video include sudden movement in the background, instantaneous change in facial or body placement of the speaker in the screen, etc.

I didn't see any punch-in signs, but if all of out-of-work Hollywood was doing this, it SHOULD be invisible. The only thing that struck me, was how the still the flags were behind Biden...even air conditioning or something should have caused tiny ripples.

Possible. But I’m thinking that if it’s possible to juice him up for this one speech, why don’t they do it all the time?
