If you go to the Goodyear site, you will quickly get a popup asking you to take a survey. Do it, it's the perfect way to let them know what you think and that Goodyear is OFF your buy list.

They restrict how many characters you can type, and as Freepers here who read my posts know...that was a hindrance for me, but here is what I said:

I understand that Goodyear publicly and openly supports Black Lives Matter. To compound this, you have made the utterance or discussion of "Blue Lives Matter" unacceptable. Black Lives Matter is an openly Marxist organization (as freely acknowledged publicly by its founders) and endeavors to defund the police, advocates violence against police and citizens, and illegally blocks roadways. I will never buy a Goodyear product again.

I did not mention the MAGA injunction, because I believe that political discussion should be excluded from workplace communications, just as I believe Black Lives Matter and ALL political discussion should be excluded from workplace discussion.

What is interesting is that Goodyear disavows the slide but fails to explain where it did come from.

This sucks for my local Goodyear, run by good, hardworking Americans, recipient of my loyal business over the years. Three sets of tires, four alignments, brakes, and countless routine servicing.

Good people who will now pay the price for Goodyear's corporate embrace of the "silence is violence" message that demands fealty to lefty SJW issues because staying neutral and apolitical is no longer allowed.
