Doing a search for Goodyear and going to the site yields no popup asking one to take a survey. so if you want people to take this survey you had better supply the URL where that popup is available.

You have to accept cookies. I didn’t get it when I “X’d” out of accepting cookies, so reloaded page.
Some are getting the survey button, some aren’t, may be related to popup blockers. You can also email or open a chat and put your message there. Leave the chat so they will have to answer it.
