I've seen the last several weeks the normal list of threads have Pacific time zone shown even though I'm in Florida. Is this a server issue? It's normally in Eastern time zone for me and I haven't changed any settings and am not on VPN. Any ideas?
Obama once used “New normal” in a 2013 speech. The show he was referencing was cancelled soon after.

He was using it to explain that normal people should accept some leftist BS idea as the way things are now.
FR servers are hosted in the SF Bay area.
That’s where the forum time stamp originates.
What brilliant suggestions do you have to offer?
Your page failed to completely load. Wait a minute. If it doesn’t self correct, try hitting refresh.
This happens to me frequently, but I don’t have a great internet connection.
"Are you logged in?"
An oldie, but goodie.
Always makes me smile. :)
I’ve narrowed it dow to the Vivaldi browser. Brave works normally. IE works normally. I have Vivaldi on my phone that works normally. Not sure why the windows version defaults to PDT. I have the newest version of it but it still shows PDT no matter what I try.
I went to sign on a web site and it showed my location as San Francisco - my location & computer is in Chicago.
My internet service is Comcast - not sure what is going on...
I got
Firefox ESR 52.9.0 (32-bit)52.9.0 (32-bit)
running XP so this is the end of the line for f/f updates, I am told.
My time on this forum is stuck on Pacific. I am in Florida.
I think I’m going to take a shower.
Finally resolved the issue with the Vivaldi browser. I tried several different options within the Privacy menu. Same problem. I clicked on the javascript that I normally have disabled, but when I enabled it, it instantly corrected the time zone. Why would that even impact the time zone? Strange...
I’m not trying to be a Smart A$$, but am I the only one still getting updates for my Windows 7 - XP-64 bit, malware & security updates?
Move to the West coast?
What brilliant suggestions do you have to offer?Would my suggestions change the fact that yours were worthless?
XP 64 bit still gets updates? I thought support for XP died quite a long time ago.
Have two boxes still on XP.
Not being perstered at all.
The last box I had to give up on was XP. Nothing wrong with it, just that Bill Gates locked me out with the damn verification crap. The crap that would reset whenever you changed a video card, sound card, or a hard drive. For me, it was a lockout that lack of XP support KILLED.
XP .Still have and use it.
