I don’t think Sarah was Juan’s choice, it was the establishment’s choice. Heck Juan probably wanted Romney or Kasich
Juan hated Sarah right from the start, she was young, new face, interesting, folksy and people loved her, well except for the media that was a given.
I love Sarah’s comment to Kamala, it was perfect, with class with a good troll built in. Perfect. I could not have done better myself.
