A federal court in Florida has ruled that it is unconstitutional for schools to ban transgender students from using the restroom that matches their gender identity. Judges of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit announced on Friday that they are affirming a lower court’s ruling on the matter because “a public school may not punish its students for gender conformity.”
The case was centered around Drew Adams, a 19-year-old former student of Allen D. Nease High School in Ponte Vedra, Florida. Adams, who is transgender, used the boys’ restroom at Nease High School, and did so without any issues until an anonymous report was made, according to Lambda Legal. After the report, he was told by school officials that he would only be allowed to use gender-neutral restrooms.
Adams worked with Lambda Legal to sue the school board in June 2017. The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, a federal court in Jacksonville, ruled in Adams favor in 2018, but Adams’ school board appealed the decision last year. […]

You are correct, in today's world, it makes it hard to understand if a him's a shim or she's a he or an it's a twit.
When you need to use the plumbing, you should choose a bathroom that matches your body’s plumbing.
[And physicians should not mutilate healthy tissue to enable the delusions of the mentally ill.]
There are not many of those little gas stations with a single toilet bathrooms left.
There are very few "gas stations" left.
Most are fast food, beer and bread, mini-marts that also sell gas.
7-11, Sheetz, GetGo, WAWA and so many more are being built that the little 2 pump station with a single toilet bathroom has almost gone away.
I know of two left in my area, but their days are numbered.
I think that part of the issue is that people who say they are transgender desperately want and demand as much attention as they can possibly get. Even if every school and public place were to have a separate “Transgender Safe” restroom, the trans crew wouldn’t want to use them because then no one would pay them as much attention as when they go in and out of the regular restrooms. They want to be around normal people to cause scandal and to get all the attention they can get. They may protest that they just want to be left alone but their actions scream otherwise.
Plus separate restrooms make it harder for predators to get to victims, so there’s that, too.

BUT they have to get attention to their “plight” and want normal people to accept the fantasy as reality.

If a private company chooses to spend the cash to make all it’s private facilities single occupancy, fine. But no one should be forced to spend so much money and be so inefficient with their space in order to appease a tiny % of mentally ill people.

Depends on what you mean by that.
In many parts of Europe, they don’t.
Many public restrooms have a line of stalls on one side for both men and women, and then around on the other side, out of view, are the urinals.
You just pick which side you want to use. A little strange the first time, but you quickly get used to it.
No such thing as a good looking transgender and their minds are in a freak mode.
I haven’t seen too many transgenders (as it were) that you could call physically ugly; it doesn’t appear to be a defining characteristic. Now ugly to the bone, certainly. Their minds being in “freak mode”, certainly.
Thank Trump’s new Justice Gorsuch for this abomination. I think with a margin of only one vote, Roberts would have sided with conservative constitutionalists.
I’m sure you see them as ugly. It’s a good way to view them, when all is said and done.
