The President was talking about the EO he has just signed, forcing pharmas to sell drugs in the U.S. at "Most Favored Nation" or "MFN" pricing. Currently, a great many drugs cost MUCH MORE here than in other countries, for EXACTLY THE SAME product.
POTUS went on to indicate that the main problem is not primarily the pharmas, but the politically-connected "Middlemen".
He said the "Middlemen" are extremely wealthy, and HE HAS CUT THEM OUT with his MFN approach and something called "Rebate" (which I do not yet understand).
I took it he was NOT TOTALLY JOKING in saying this group of fabulously wealthy political operators (the "Middlemen" of pharmaceutical sales in the U.S.) might pose a threat to him personally.
I happen to know one scientist involved in organic cattle ranching, and she absolutely believes that publishing of scientific papers opposed to the pharma industry would be terminally hazardous to her health.

Posting from justice.gov, the largest sector of fraud, kickbacks etc. has been pharma. It has to be in the billions as some of these schemes are in the 500+ million range and there have just been so many of them. I concluded that it must be the lifeblood of the elites. They want to collapse our medical system anyway, so why not suck money off of everyone who uses the medical system or prescription drugs. As profits for the “elites” dry up, yes I can see why they’d want him gone. Father in Heaven, please protect President Trump from all harm.
