Thank you both for your responses. I think you are both right that it is a combination of cps, bringing children across the border, possibly runaway’s, etc. When trying to redpill folks, I need to be clear on where these kids are coming from, because I think the natural inclination is to assume these kids are kidnapped from Americans.
