Is there any reason to interview them if underlings are giving up the goods on them and there is documentary and audio/video evidence against them?
I’m not sure that Comey, Brennan, et. al. not being interviewed implies that they won’t be indicted. I’m sure the FBI indicts many people without interviewing them. They’ll have the opportunity to give their side of the story in court.
Targets of investigations are usually not “interviewed” ... so I think that’s reassuring if anything.
Why would Durham interview Comey et al? They have already lawyered up. This just a distraction. Evidence is all there and most of these people have already testified under oath regarding the specifics. Lets get moving.
