He does best with the accomplishments when he uses them to beat up on Joe. SO THAT IS GOOD.
But he really needs to get on with his agenda for the next 4 years. Time is running out for the aspirational part of his speech.
If he doesn’t turn and detail his agenda he will have missed the mark. IMHO.
