Here’s our new plan. We’re going to buy a house from one of hubby’s car show friend’s son. He’s having back problems and doesn’t want to do the maintenance required on having some acreage. It’s less than 10. The house is okay, newer, but with a very odd and annoying floor plan. So hubby idea is that we add another 750 sq ft by moving the back walls and expanding the kitchen and adding another living room and garage.
Expanding the kitchen got my attention! And my vote. He said we could redo it exactly like my kitchen is now. I don’t have to hug my spice drawer goodbye or give my 36 inch range (A cheap Chinese version of a Viking) a kiss goodbye.
Is this “new” place in your same area?
