re: various workouts/food/supplements for weight loss. I think so many of us are the same .. Intellectually we know what to do.. but do we do it?

As I type this Jenny is on floor doing stretching.. at work she does a lot of lifting, heavy things. She is the wine steward & those boxes are heavy.. 12 bottles of wine per case.. and hundreds of cases per week. And now and then she does curbside.(what our store calls the order food & pick up ) . She gets a lot of exercise doing that. I have no excuse except laziness.
