Re: the Quercetin - I need to find out if children can take it. My granddaughter plays volleyball and one of the moms tested positive, so my daughter has been giving them all C, zinc and Quercetin.

I have been taking this mix every day along with Vit D and Vit C since the beginning of April. So far so good!

thought this might be of interest (if you didn’t know it already). Studies suggest Quercitin acts as a zinc ionophore similar to HCQ and gets the zinc inside the cell. Nice way to get around the prescription problem with HCQ.
