Why is this taking so long? Excellent question.

EVERYTHING was corrupt. Awan brothers, Epstein the first time he was caught, Pelosi's blatant insider trading, Sullivan holding up Flynn's case, were all fixed by the swamp.

Well, let me tell you the story of a perfect fix by the pedophiles

Remember Jerry Sandusky and Penn State? Justice served? Nah. Low level pimp took the fall. The network stayed in place. I don't have any inside information, but look at what happened and tell me Sandusky was working alone.

Sandusky had been with Paterno since 1969. In 1999 he retired and started the 2nd Mile Foundation "to help underprivileged boys."

Honorary Board members of the Second Mile Foundation included Dick Vermeil, Andy Reid, former Phillies owner Ruly Carpenter, Matt Millen from ESPN, actor Mark Wahlberg, Arnold Palmer, and football player Franco Harris. Rick Santorum helped them get an Angels in Adoption award. Former President G.H.W. Bush gave them a "thousand points of light" award.

When the investigation from the Pennsylvania attorney general's office started, three years of records from the foundation went missing.

Upon retirement, Sandusky had gotten emeritus status, full run of the athletic facilities, and took children on team flights. When everything went down, here was the fall out: Sandusky went to prison. Penn State athletic director Tim Curley was charged with perjury. School president Graham Spanier, vice president Gary Schultz and athletic director Tim Curley – were charged with perjury, obstruction of justice, failure to report suspected child abuse, and related charges. All those charges were thrown out. Joe Paterno got fired, and died a month later.

One of the common claims going around was, "Football was more important than those children." This is stupid. Letting Jerry Sandusky run around for years molesting children while the head coach, athletic director, two VPs and the president of the college knew didn't get Penn State one recruit or help them win one game. The claim they didn't do anything because of fear of the scandal doesn't make sense, either. If they wanted to stop it, they could have quietly confronted him, removed privileges, separated him from the college, and taken action later. Why would they say, "Oh, we were afraid of a scandal, so we let him molest kids for another thirty years."

The only reason that makes sense is that Sandusky wasn't some lone wolf child molester. You don't need a foundation, etc. to do that. Pervs on the street corner don't have the lawyer smarts to set up a foundation and get presidents and famous celebrities to serve on the board. Who does? You know who does.

So, the powers that be focused on Sandusky, and when he went to prison, everybody said, "Justice was done!" and moved on.

What does this have to do with draining the swamp?

What if we'd gotten a couple of scalps, like Page, Strzok, and even Brennan? Would that change anything, or would they just be replaced?

You have to take down the whole beast. They've been dangling low hanging fruit in front of us. They want us to grab Comey or Wray, pound our chests, go "Justice is served!" and move on.

I think that's why they're going crazy right now. The low hanging fruit didn't work.

Part II

They had to clean up the little gremlins that greased the wheels. What good would an indictment to a corrupt judge do? About as much as the indictments against the Awans. Plea deal, no jail time, and details sealed.

Bigger than you can possibly imagine.

That is exceptionally persuasive analysis.

Continuing the metaphor..." Now, we could fight 'em with conventional weapons. That could take years and cost millions of lives. No, in this case, I think we have to go all out. I think this situation absolutely requires a really futile and stupid gesture be done on somebody's part.

We're just the guys to do it...LET'S DO IT!"

Hi Richard Kimball. Are you from PA?

The Sandusky thing was/is a BIG deal here. Emotionally. People worshipped Paterno. People’s lives revolve(d) around Penn State football. My hubby still can’t fully believe Paterno knew. JoPa loses job and then dies a month later from the heartache —martyr status.

People wanted this whole thing to go away. And it did. As quickly as possible. Yes I’m certain there was more to this pedo network than was reported.

There is a connection between the Sandusky scandal and the gay friendly bishop of Altoona who later was busted for covering up pedophilia.

When I lived in the area in the 1990s, the local catholic newspaper had an article about their gay friendly priests in State college, and the psychologist who screened prospective seminarians actually testified in favor of the gay agenda to the State college school board. So if the church winked its eye against exploiting boys, why should Paterno?

After all, in the 1970s the psychiatrists told us in medical school if children had sex it would stop them from having mental illness from sexual hangups, and in the 1980s California decided to release non violent sexual predators because they did not hurt anyone.

The DA who broke the Altoona scandal was later jailed for leaking grand jury testimony on a crooked politician in Philly.

And it was another female DA who moved in on Sandusky.

But the PSU and Altoona scandals were only part of the corruption, and it was not just about gay cliques..it was about drugs and money laundering and politicians covering up for each other...the area judiciary is corrupt. Google Judge O’Kicki.

Yep minor players, in a major league. Protection only so long, take a knee when needed, by choice or not. don’t matter media comped. protect again. Repeat rinse recycle.

An interesting story, and I think a valid comparison. Sending one or three or five functionaries to Gitmo won’t end the deeply entrenched corruption. You have to burn the whole house down. As Q has messaged, it has to be “Biblical”.
