I’ve been maskless (except for medical appts) for months. Today I was in the grocery store and an employee came up to me with a mask in his hand and asked me to wear it. I told him I had a medical condition. He walked away. I finished my shopping with no mask and no further annoyance. (I’m sympathetic to an employee required to ask in order to keep his job. I’m just not playing the game.)
(Medical condition: I think I have a sprained toe. Sure hurts a lot.)
MASK WEARING COMMENT:
Similar to Hubby’s experience at Walmart. They station an employee at the entrance. He just asked, do I really have to and she said no-we can’t make you. So he told her He thought they were actually harmful to your health and went on in.
He and one other person had no masks. Everyone else had one. This is the exact opposite of what it was last week. Last week almost no one was wearing one. And we are far from being a hotspot-as I’ve noted before.
LOL~ DH told them at Costco he had a medical condition. (Which was if he had to wear it he’b be impelled to give THEM a medical condition...)
