[From the above tweet link, there is an article below the picture generally referred to which seems to debunk it, but they do cite SNOPES….HOWEVER other sources are also cited, and they do seem to identify the lady on the left as not being Melinda Gates and the lab is supposedly not in Chine but at the Vaccine Research Center.]

I have no idea if this pic as posted by the original tweet by Truth Speaks Reckoning is genuine, but it is interesting.
The article you cited from the gateway pundit link above, does indicate that the Obama Administration gave the Chinese Wuhan Institute $3.7 million bucks. They do not name the ones who visited, but do point to the fact that US officials visited the lab.“

[Because this article does not mention names of those who visited, in my view, the picture in question is not validated to my satisfaction at this time. Interesting as all get-out, though and it does seem plausible, but I think your instinct to seek further verification is warranted. But that is just MHO.
In addition to the above, I did find this pj media article, which they corrected, regarding the $3.7 million. They say it was “only” $3.4 million which was given to EcoHealth Alliance.

[I’m not sure how much veracity PJ Media has, but this is an interesting development, IMHO. Visitation by Obama and the ones cited in that original tweet link above does not seem to be addressed. My conclusion however, is that the picture is of questionable origins regarding the assertion that it was Obama and Melinda Gates in the Wuhan lab. I’m leaning at this time to it being a visit by Obama and the naming of Dr. Nancy Sullivan, Sylvia Burwell, and Dr. Anthony Fauci with Obama in the pbs.twi link. ]

The woman in the picture is Sylvia Mathews Burwell. United States Secretary of Health and Human Services under Zero. When she was a kid she helped campaign for Jay Rockefeller.
yeah that was taken at the NIH
And yes our gov. funded Wuhan lab but that is a separate issue from the photo. There are a lot of articles that have been posted the last 4 months or so on how the Wuhan lab was built and financed (The French had a huge role).
